The 2019 GO shape carry-over from 2018. The centre fin box for beginner windsurfing is featured on all sizes, helping you keep upwind and provides extra stability as you learn to windsurf. Remove the centre fin, fit the plug in and you have a full performance freeride board. They also feature a center carry handle for easy carrying under arm by an adult.
The GO’s zero tail kick rocker provides the easiest, smoothest entry in planing. Just hop on, sheet in and go fast. With reduced thickness comes a sharp, more race-like sensation and control in higher winds.
The GO Windsurfer shapes have a highly efficient rockerline, with an even volume distribution. This low rockerline allows the GO Windsurfer to glide smoothly and fast in light winds, with lots of longitudinal traction. It also lets the board accelerate onto the plane smoothly and more easily than before.
CENTER FIN/DAGGER BOARD
The GO 141, 151 and 161 features a centre fin that helps you keep upwind and provides extra stability as you learn to windsurf. Remove the centre fin, fit the plug in and you have a full performance freeride board.
The GO Windsurfer 175 and 195 use our Clipperbox daggerboard system that clicks in and out and can be removed without tools, by positioning the daggerboard at 45 degrees and pulling up. The water-sealing rubber lips are ultra-durable and can also be replaced without tools.
Learning to windsurf with a daggerboard or centre fin makes it easier to stay upwind while providing additional roll stability.
FULL EVA DECK
The deck has a large soft EVA finish, comfortable for your feet, knees and elbows. You get the grip without the cuts or rashes.
The EVA deck is raised above the edges of the board to allow the water to flow freely around the board and jibe smoothly without drag.
DRAKE FREERIDE POWER
The GO boards are delivered with Drake Freeride Power CNC G-10 fins with a thin tip for more speed and better lift control. The upright rake and thick base provide maximum stability and traction for all sail sizes.DRAKE FREERIDE POWER

CUT AWAYS
The GO Windsurfer (175 and 195) have long, open cut-aways shapes for an efficient water flow, less wetted surface area and better lift control in planing conditions.The GO (141, 151 and 161) has sportier cut aways, originating from the CarveIQ. They provide a fast acceleration and a better top end speed.
TECHNOLOGY
The GOs are available in our innovative 3DX technology. 3DX stands for three dimensional biaxial glass microsandwich construction. Both deck and bottom are wrapped in 45 degree biaxial glass fiber wetted out with an expanding foam epoxy cured under high pressure. The biaxial glass gives a crisp, stiff feel with flex for choppy conditions. The foam epoxy creates a 2mm skin thickness for a microsandwich effect: tough and strong.
